I once heard someone say, "the difference between a successful person and a unsuccessful person is, the unsuccessful person focuses on irrelevant tasks that don't matter at the end of the day. The successful person focuses on the task that matter and will help them get closer to their goal. Money and book knowledge doesn't separate the two. Only the time the spend on the goal. This millionaire said the only way to stay a millionaire is dont spend your money. frugal. Sales papers, coupons and only put your money into investments.

I agree with Tia. Most of this stuff seems to be common sense except maybe two being disciplined and taking risks. People don't really want to work the 12 to 14 hours to make it they want to get paid as much as they can for 8 hours. That's why people want to own houses and rent it out because they feel this is the ultimate in passive income. There isn't a such thing as passive income for anyone who is a millionaire. All of it was actively sought and actively maintained.

@tia... focus is the most important thing i believe

i wouldnt be surprised if that guy read this book and the millionaire next door

the rich are notorious savers

they also save a lot on the products and services

normally the guys are married and they have a woman who is a chronic saver

i need a woman like that

@lulu... somebody is trying to flatter me lol

thank you lulu

i hope you got something from the post too

@yo... i was in the bar the other day talking to this white guy

he schooled the shit out of me on the real estate tip

he told me how he got a three story house in the hood for 24,000

fixed it up himself (because he knew how to do the work) and somebody offered him 250k for that bitch

he also told me that there was an auction for a 3 story place across the street from him and somebody bought a 3 story house (with a family already living in there) for 16 stacks ($1600.00)

baltimore is a GOLDMINE for people who want to buy cheap housing

i gotta get me a partner cuz im broke lol

Freeman- I was just talking with some folks about the same thing. I was being told how blessed I am that I have a husband who works 7am-8pm 5-6 days a week. I think our generation is just lazy. But they dont know how to be a provider because there wasnt a father in the home.
James- I feel you. I just told my husband that he needs more deductions coming out of his check for savings. I am obssed with saving. My first job was at the postal service and I got my first check for 1200 net...I didnt touch it for months. And was sick when it was

One important issue is that when you are searching for a education loan you may find that you will want a
co-signer. There are many circumstances where this is true because you might discover that you do not possess a past credit score so the financial institution will require you have someone cosign the borrowed funds
for you. Good post.
